Prior to join this institute, for three years he had worked as a Head of the Department in BBA programme and for one year with HDFC Group. He had contributed several research papers in the journals and conferences of international and national repute. He had authored a book titled ‘Advanced Marketing Management’, a textbook for the final year BBA programme. He has been selected by Insurance Institute of India, Bombay for the research grant and invited to present his research work at 58th annual conference of it, where he was also felicitated by Mr. T S Vijayan, Chairman of IRDA. He has organized workshops on advertising creativity at several colleges and companies. His area of interest includes Advertising Management, Business Research Methods and Services & Relationship Marketing. Currently four students are pursuing Ph.D. under his guidance.
