institution like S. V. Institute of Management imparting professional and
higher education programme like MBA needs to accentuate an accurate blend
of inculcating professional values, culture of work ethics, sound business
practices and state-of the-art teaching and learning techniques as the elements
of chief concern. This calls for all the more dynamic leadership, vision,
goal-sensitivity at appropriate levels of functionaries, including students
who are the direct and immediate beneficiaries. I am happy to note that everybody
involved with SVIM proves to
be competent to take up the challenge thrown up due to assigned tasks and
roles.

to conform to the norms and regulations of the AICTE
& NGU. This is easier said than done. Norms are mostly
set up on the lines of National, resource rich, institutions. Though novice,
we take exceedingly these norms and performance benchmarks as a challenge
and an opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities. This may be difficult
but not impossible. We carry momentum of motivation and urge to prove our
mantle.

The world of work for which they are being groomed here operates on highly
competitive platform, where competence, communication skill and chin-up disposition
are survival tools, and creativity, resourcefulness and doggedness comprise
the promotional kit. These traits can be achieved by remolding of temperament
